  • Official Transcripts

The College of Nursing requires official college transcripts from each institution attended. You must request ALL transcripts early so they are received by the application deadline date.

In order to qualify for admission into a graduate non-degree (G6) program of study, an official transcript showing completion of a bachelor's degree is required. For bachelor's degrees completed outside the United States, a separate statement of award of degree or diploma is also required. Applicants currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree may apply, however, the certificate will not be awarded until the degree is completed.

When mailing documents, include the appropriate Document ID Sheet.  You do not need to include the Document ID Sheet with items you upload via AIS.

If the registrar will not release your transcripts to you in a sealed envelope, transcripts may be sent by the registrar directly to:

    Graduate Admissions Processing
    Office of Admissions
    Texas A&M University
    P.O. Box 40001
    College Station, TX 77842-4001

Transcripts are considered official if they have an original signature of a school official or an original school seal. Photocopies or other duplications of a transcript are not considered official.

Applicants MUST list all colleges attended on the Apply Texas applications. Failure to list all institutions attended will result in an incomplete application.
